This chapter describes Management → Workforce: Team & hiring (personnel directory, recruitment, pipeline, performance reviews, staff follow-ups). It assumes Manager or Admin access.

Route: /manager/personnel
The personnel directory is the search and browse hub for staff records in your locale (and possibly beyond for admins). From here you typically open a person record to view or edit allowed fields, documents, roster history, and compliance summaries as your permissions allow.
Opening someone’s full hub: Selecting a person opens the Staff record page at /manager/personnel/record/{StaffNetId} (GUID). Supervisors as well as Managers and Admins may use this hub. The recruitment hub centralises hiring administration: reviewing applications, progressing candidates, and linking to recruitment options (for example question sets in Solution options — chapter 14).

The pipeline view shows stages (applied, interview, checks, offer, and so on) as configured. It helps management see bottlenecks and time-in-stage.

Performance reviews (PADR or equivalent) supports structured appraisal cycles: templates, self-assessment, manager ratings, objectives as enabled.
