CrewTech Portal is your organisation’s web application for coordinating operational medical work and the people and assets that deliver it. Typical uses include:
The portal is designed to support audit trails, role-based access, and locale-scoped data (for example separate bases or regions). It complements other systems your organisation may use for payroll, clinical records in hospitals, or finance.
| If you are… | Start with… | Then read… |
|---|---|---|
| Any operational user | Chapters 1–2, then 3–8 as relevant | Chapter 16 for glossary and help |
| Roster holder or team lead (not a system Manager role) | Chapters 1–8 | Anything your manager assigns |
| Manager or Admin (application roles) | Chapters 1–8 (staff experience) | Chapters 9–15 |
| IT or system Admin only | Chapters 1–2, 15 | Other chapters as needed for support |
Each chapter explains why an area exists, who it applies to, how to open it (menu path and route), and what you are expected to do there at a high level. Your organisation may add local procedures on top of this manual.
Throughout this manual:
/my-confirmed-shifts is the URL path after your portal’s main address. You can bookmark it if your organisation allows. This manual is supplied as Markdown text. Your wiki team can add screenshots next to each major section; image file names are not embedded here so you can use your own house style.
Your organisation should name a manual owner (for example Operations + HR + IT) who:
Technical staff can align chapter 0 with the navigation component in the application source when the sidebar changes.
